Nutty Chocolate Bark

No guilt here. This recipe combines healthy nuts with dark chocolate for the perfect holiday treat or gift!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 10 small pieces

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup cashews, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts evenly over the chocolate, pressing them lightly into the chocolate.

Add a light sprinkle of sea salt over the top for an added flavor boost.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm.

Break the bark into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container. Enjoy and go nuts for the holidays!
