Ingredients
1 cup frozen diced mango
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
Mint leaves to garnish
2 cups chilled sparkling mineral water
1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Put mango and orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a pitcher and stir in passionfruit pulp until well combined.
Divide between two tall serving glasses. Add sparkling water and ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
