Thelma Coyd-Cording is still working at 100, and doesn’t have any plans to retire. She’s a beautician who loves what she’s doing, has “perfect hands,” and was trained by the queen of beauty herself.

This British beauty looks far younger than her age. Perhaps it’s because  at the age of 42 she was hired by and trained with Elizabeth Arden. Thelma’s slender hands gave her a natural ability for many beauty treatments, including massage. To this day her clients, including family and friends that she treats at her home spa, describe her as having perfect hands.

While longevity runs in her family with a 98-year-old sister and 91-year-old brother, Thelma says she can’t believe she has reached 100. She claims that doing everything in moderation and “loving people and doing what I’m doing” are keeping her in such good health. Her friends would also add that she is and always has been an amazingly positive person.

Not only do her customers love her facials, but they seek out her advice! And she enjoys sharing her knowledge and wisdom, while maintaining client’s confidentiality. What’s said at the spa, stays at the spa.

With all the tricks of the trade that Thelma has learned over the years, one can’t help but wonder if there’s a secret to her healthy longevity that she’s not sharing. However, when asked, Thelma credits no sun, smoking, or drinking alcohol for keeping her skin youthful looking. Thelma, it’s working. You look amazing.
